Property management does not work at a distance. So we look after areas we can reach quickly.
Mallorca is not one island but many. A house in the Tramuntana has different needs from a villa on the water in Port d'Andratx; a town house in Palma ages differently from a finca inland. Salt air, altitude, soil and the direction of the wind decide what has to be checked regularly.
We concentrate on the south-west and the north of the island. That limit is deliberate: anyone who can be on site soon after a storm sees damage before it grows.
