You see what we see.
A portal of your own for every owner. No email trail, no collected invoice at the end of the year – simply the current state of your property, open to you at any time.
Care you can read up on.
Anyone who has their property looked after from a distance knows the underlying problem: you pay for work you never see. You hear about damage once it has already been repaired. And when, two years on, you want to know when the air conditioning was last serviced, no inbox will give you the answer.
That is why we had our own application built rather than taking something off the shelf. Our staff record their work on site with it – and what they record goes straight into your portal.
There you see the state of each of your properties, the latest report, the measured readings over time, your invoices and the progress of your messages. In German, English, Spanish or Russian – you switch the language yourself.
This is not software we are selling you. It is the way we work. It is part of the care and costs nothing extra.
The portal as it looks on a phone. Your access is set up when the care begins.
What you will find there.
Everything concerning your property in one place – and kept apart property by property when you have more than one.
Every report in one place
The latest one sits at the top, with its date and its result. Below it, every earlier report for that property, in chronological order and open again whenever you want it.
Photographs with every visit
Pictures belong to every report. From 1,500 kilometres away, one photograph answers more questions than three paragraphs of text.
Meter readings with a comparison value
Water consumption is charted against the figure that is normal for your house. If it rises while nobody is there, you see it at once – and that usually means a leak.
Pool values with a target range
Chlorine and pH over time, set against the target range. Outliers are marked instead of disappearing into a column of figures.
Announce a stay
You pick the day you arrive and the day you leave in a calendar and tick what should be prepared – cleaning before you arrive, the pool heating on. We confirm the period back to you.
Report something — with a photo
A damp patch on the ceiling? You describe it in a line, attach a picture and send it off. Under “My messages” you can see what came of it.
After every visit. To a fixed schedule.
The report is the heart of it. It is produced after every property visit and always follows the same structure – which is why two reports eight months apart can be compared directly.
We set that schedule with you at the outset: which points should be checked at your property every time? A house with a cistern needs different lines from a city flat with a roof terrace.
- After every visit — not a collected summary at the end of the quarter, but promptly after the appointment.
- A fixed property schedule — always the same checkpoints, and therefore comparable across the years.
- With a clear result — “nothing to report” – or what stood out, with a photograph.
- With a recommendation — what needs doing now, what is being watched and what can wait.

A schematic illustration. The checkpoints are set individually for your property when the care begins – the structure then stays unchanged, so that the reports remain comparable.
From the grounds into the portal.
Three steps with nothing lost in between – because nobody has to type anything up along the way.
Recorded on site
Our member of staff works through the points of your property schedule on the device, notes the readings and photographs anything that stands out. That happens during the work, not in the evening from memory.
The report is produced
The recorded points become the report. We add our assessment: what is uncritical, what should be watched, what needs doing now.
In your portal
The report sits in your portal with photographs, readings and recommendation – alongside every earlier report for that property.
Report archive, announcing a stay and messages – all in the browser, no app.
Why this is more than a well-made application.
You do not have to ask
The most common sentence in caring for a property from afar is: “So how are things looking just now?” With us, that answers itself.
A leak shows up in days, not in a quarter
Because consumption is charted against the figure that is normal for your house, a deviation is visible while it is still small.
Oversight without suspicion
Anyone who evidences what they do need not ask to be believed. That makes the working relationship easier on both sides.
A property history builds up
Every report stays there to be called up again. After two years you have an evidenced history of your property – valuable for insurance claims, maintenance planning and an eventual sale.
Trends rather than snapshots
A single water value says little. Twelve values across a season show whether a system is running steadily or slowly slipping.
Not dependent on one person
What is known about your property sits in the system, not in the head of one member of staff. Holidays and changes lose nothing.
Common questions about the portal
Does the portal cost extra?
Do I need an app for it?
Can I manage several properties in it?
Can I announce my stay through the portal?
Which languages is the portal available in?
Who decides what the report checks?
How quickly is a report available?
Who can see my data?
Can I take my data with me?
It is best if we show you.
When we meet, we go through the portal together – on a real property, not on a sales slide.
