An employee cleaning the pool of a villa on Mallorca
Service 03

Clear water is the result, not the job.

A pool is a piece of engineering. Look only at the surface and you find out too late that something underneath is wrong.

Water values change quickly on Mallorca: heat, evaporation, sunlight and use all work together. A pool left unattended for two weeks will turn in high summer – and putting it right costs more chemicals, more water and more time than checking it regularly ever would.

The plant behind it matters just as much. Pumps, filters, valves, dosing units and heat pumps run quietly away until they stop. We check them on every visit, because a failing bearing almost always gives notice first.

We dose sparingly. A pool that smells of chlorine is not a well-kept pool – it is a badly balanced one. The aim is stable values, not constant correction.

At the end of the season we close the installation down and in spring we bring it back into service. Both at the right moment, not on a fixed date.

Typical tasks

  • Measuring and adjusting pH, disinfection and alkalinity
  • Cleaning the water surface, pool floor and waterline
  • Backwashing and checking the filtration
  • Checking the pump, valves, dosing units and heat pump
  • Cleaning skimmers and the pre-filter basket
  • Checking the water level and topping up
  • Closing the installation down and bringing it back into service
  • Checking and caring for the cover and pool robot
  • Recording the readings at every visit
The benefit to you

What this gives you.

01

Ready whenever you are

Even if you come at short notice. You do not have to announce the pool – it is ready.

02

Protection for the structure

Wrong water values attack grouting, liners, tiles and metal parts. Stable values protect the value of the pool.

03

Fewer chemicals

Regular small corrections need far less product than rescuing a pool that has turned.

04

Plant that lasts

Pumps and filters that run under supervision reach their full life. A breakdown in August is expensive.

05

Readings you can follow

The recorded values show how your pool behaves across the season – and when something started.

06

Suitable for lettings too

Where guests swim, the requirements are higher. We set the values and the rhythm accordingly.

Common questions

How often does a pool need checking?
Weekly in season, more often when the property is let. In winter a much reduced rhythm is usually enough, provided the installation is correctly set.
Do you carry out repairs to the plant?
We handle smaller repairs ourselves. For larger work we obtain quotes from specialist firms, review them and oversee the work.
What does pool maintenance cost?
That depends on the size of the pool, the plant, how it is used and how far we travel. After a first visit you receive a concrete proposal – with no hidden extras.
Do you look after salt water and natural pools?
Yes. Salt electrolysis systems and natural pools need a different rhythm, but the same regularity.

How is your pool doing?

At a first visit we will look at the pool and the plant together and tell you honestly what needs attention.
