Santa Ponsa
Generous plots, a great deal of garden, a great deal of pool – and many German-speaking owners already used to the way we work.
Nova Santa Ponsa and Sol de Mallorca are defined by their large villa plots. Almost all the work here is outdoors: extensive lawns and planting, long irrigation systems, often several terrace levels and pools built for a busy summer.
Water is the defining subject. A large system can lose a great deal through one failed drip line without anyone noticing – until the bill arrives. So we check the irrigation on every visit and change the timings with the season, rather than setting them once and letting them run.
Around Port Adriano and Costa de la Calma the sea is close, with the same effects as in Calvià: salt attacks everything on the outside.
Many owners here are German-speaking and expect written, traceable communication. That is exactly how we work.
