For most owners, coordinating tradespeople on Mallorca from a distance is the most demanding part of ownership.
Quotes that cannot be compared. Appointments that move. Work that nobody signs off. And, at the end, an invoice whose line items are hard to judge from far away.
We take that part off you entirely. For the usual trades we work with firms we know and whose work we have already seen. We obtain quotes, make them comparable, recommend with reasons – and say so when a price is not reasonable.
While the work is under way we are on site: as the contact for the firm and as your eyes. When it is finished we sign the work off, document the result and record any defects in writing before the final invoice is released.
For larger projects – renovation, conversion, a new pool – we accompany the whole process. We are not site managers in the legal sense, but we make sure you always know where the project stands.
