Palma & Son Vida
Two very different worlds a few minutes apart by car – and each with its own demands on the way a property is looked after.
Son Vida is Palma’s oldest villa quarter: generous plots on the hillside, extensive gardens, elaborate irrigation and often pools with demanding technology. Nearly all the work here is outdoors. Hillside gardens dry out unevenly, drip lines block, and a failed irrigation circuit is usually only noticed once the planting has suffered for it.
In Palma itself we look after town houses, penthouses and apartments in the better addresses. Here other things fill the day: roof terraces and their waterproofing, air conditioning, damp in older fabric, agreements with residents’ committees, and getting tradespeople into the old town at all.
The same foundation applies to both: regular inspection rounds, documented reports and a contact who knows how to get around the city. Our office is in Palma – the journey is short.
