3. Visiting this website
When the website is accessed, technical access data is automatically processed by the hosting provider. This usually includes the IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, the volume of data transferred, and the browser and operating system used.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare delivers the pages through a global network, usually from a location close to the visitor. For transfers to the United States, Cloudflare relies on its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, the Standard Contractual Clauses form part of its data processing agreement.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically faultless operation and the security of the website.
4. Getting in touch
If you contact us via the contact form, by email, by telephone or via WhatsApp, we process the details you send us in order to answer your enquiry.
The contact form is handled by Formspree, a service of Formspree, Inc., USA. The details you enter are transmitted to Formspree, processed on servers in the United States and forwarded to us by email. Formspree bases this transfer on the Standard Contractual Clauses. If you would rather not use it, email, telephone and WhatsApp reach us just as well.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is directed at entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Your details are erased as soon as they are no longer required for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent it.
5. Communication via WhatsApp
This website contains a link to WhatsApp. Only when you actively click it is a connection to WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. established and your telephone number and the content of your message processed there.
The legal basis for the subsequent communication is Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Please note that WhatsApp may also process data outside the European Union.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses only storage mechanisms that are technically necessary. There is no audience measurement and no tracking for advertising purposes.

7. Fonts and external content
The fonts used are served from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or comparable services.
No third-party map or video services are embedded.
8. Recipients of your data
Your data is passed on only where this is necessary to provide our services – for example to tradespeople you have instructed us to engage – or where we are legally obliged to do so.
We use an external gestoría for bookkeeping and tax matters.
9. Retention period
We store personal data only for as long as it is required for the relevant purpose. Statutory retention periods under Spanish law apply to documents relevant for tax purposes.
