Arrival preparation therefore means more to us than cleaning: aired, water and hot water checked, air conditioning or heating ready, fresh linen on the beds, towels laid out, pool and terrace ready to use.
Kristina sets the standards our team works to and checks the result. No two houses are handed over in the same way – for every property we record what belongs where and what its owners care about.
Between stays we take care of laundry, textiles and the check after you leave. For properties that are let we work to the changeover days – with an inventory and a record of any damage, so that if there is ever a question, it is clear what happened when.
We deliberately schedule deep cleaning for the quiet months: windows, upholstery, grouting and everything there is no time for in season.
